For starters, it makes 690bhp, and hurls the Aventador LP700-4/LP720-4 to 62mph in 2.9 seconds, with the power fed through a seven-speed, single-clutch automated manual gearbox. The electronic all-wheel drive was one of the few features not developed in-house, coming from Swedish company Haldex, and being a derivative of systems used in other cars across the VW Group, including the Audi TT and S3.
